Why we offer it.

For leaders, taking decisions requires clarity, consistency, and the ability to navigate ‘difficult conversations’. Effective communication is the result of many factors, including the culture of the organisation in which we operate, and our relation to conflictual situations.

Our ‘Reaching Across the Line’ workshop series will give you the framework and tools to navigate conflictual situations, improve the efficiency of your communication and increase your resilience and wellbeing in challenging circumstances.

What you will do.

We invite you to explore your perception of conflicts, your conflict management style, as well as techniques to analyse conflictual situations, engage with different management cultures, and navigate difficult conversations.

We offer three different formats (online / in-person):

  • 3h introductory workshop: core concepts and skills.

  • 1-day workshop: + case studies, and practicum.

  • 2-day advanced workshop: + scenarios and ‘fish-bowl’ exercise.

We can also design tailor-made courses or facilitate discussions on effective communications and conflict management with your leadership team and Board.

How you can use it.

This workshop is relevant for all teams. It can be organised as a team building activity, in response to actual conflictual situations, or in preparation of strategy sessions to drive alignment.

Who should attend.

This workshop is open to all leaders seeking to improve their efficiency, resilience and wellbeing, with a minimum of 10 participants.
