Team Building.Why we offer it.
Most of us work in teams or interact with the same group of people frequently. How well do we know them? Over time, curiosity about each other may stifle as day-to-day routines take over.
We invite you to rediscover those you work with and perhaps learn a thing or two about yourself in the process.
What you will do.
3h of fun! During a workday or in more convivial settings, we will propose tailored literary games and exercices. Working with words, experimenting different styles, pairing up, or weaving your text into a broader story… everything is possible.
How you can use it.
Make it a team building. Invite stakeholders to share a different kind of moment: words connect us. Organise an authentic storytelling workshop whenever connection is needed.
Who should attend.
We would recommend a minimum of 6 to 8 participants. We can work with (much) larger groups and are happy to discuss with you how to create a safe and fun space for them.
What else you should know.
This workshop is offered by Clara, aka The Adventurer. A published novelist, she has facilitated authentic storytelling workshops in different settings: from meeting rooms to tents in the middle of mountains. Every time it’s the same wonder: when you ask them who they are and who they want to be, people rarely talk about their profession...
