Improbable - An Art Thinking Seminar
Innovation.
Why we offer it.
From the impacts of Covid-19 to climate change, uncertainty has become the new certainty. More than ever, leadership is defined by how organisations deal with uncertainty to build teams one would want to work with, shaping a reality one would want to live in.
What you will do.
The Improbable Workshop is a three-day seminar to learn Art Thinking, including conferences, workshops, and feedback sessions. It is proposed offline, or online.
Participants leave their comfort zone by creating a piece of art showcased at an exhibition at the end of the workshop.
How you can use it.
Use the artist’s mindset to create new strategies, managerial solutions, business models, or communication tools, that appear upfront to be improbable:
Prepare executives to face and manage the improbable.
Develop a purpose-driven and cohesive organisation to meet new expectations.
Find routes to change business models and managerial practices.
Who should attend.
The Improbable Workshop is suitable for all teams (minimum 15 participants).
What else you should know.
This workshop is organised by the Art Thinking Collective, an international team gathering artists, researchers, art mediators, art historians, designers, consultants, entrepreneurs, and executives.
It is a ‘once in a life-time experience’ according to 90% of participants.
Create the improbable with certainty when the probable becomes unacceptable
