The Fight Club
Entrepreneurs / intra-preneurs.
Why we offer it.
It can get lonely being a change agent. Ideas and drive may not be enough to go the distance. Change agents need to develop the right skillset to overcome resistance to change, manage their energy and nurture meaningful connections.
What you will do.
In the course of five 2h-session, you will learn:
To navigate different organisational cultures and influence bureaucracies.
To manage your energy and stress.
To recruit allies and nurture a community.
To build a brand.
To address the tough questions (money, ego…) along the way.
This workshop is offered online. It includes a fireside chat discussion with one of our Fellows, as well as a ‘secret mission’ that each participant will have to conduct.
How you can use it.
This workshop has been designed for actual or aspiring entrepreneurs, not-for-profit workers, and intra-preneurs, seeking to improve their efficiency and wellbeing in their change journey.
Who should attend.
It is open to all leaders seeking to drive change, whether they label themselves as such, or not. There is no seniority requirements and we welcome diverse cohorts of youthful spirits and old souls (8-20 participants per session).
What else you should know.
Rule #1: talk about the Fight Club!
Leverage hard and soft skills to go the distance on the change journey.
